A few days after school let out, my husband and I took the family on vacation to Lake Tahoe. We had a terrific time and unanimously agreed we wished we could have stayed longer. We visited the lake, spent time at the pool, and took the kids to the arcade at one of the casinos, which they just thought was the most fun ever!
We couldn't believe how much snow there still was on the mountain tops!

Lake Tahoe is always cold, but it was particularly windy and utterly freezing that day!! Regardless, our little guy had to at least get his feet wet!

Now we're thinking about our next adventure for the summer, since before we know it we'll all be starting a new school year!
